Yes — we deliver nationwide across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Quetta, and all other cities and towns via courier.

Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days for major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad). Remote areas may take up to 6–8 working days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Shipping charges depend on your location and are calculated at checkout. We occasionally run free shipping promotions — follow us on Instagram @dynamiclifestyle to stay updated.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS or email. Use it on the courier's website to check your delivery status. If you haven't received a tracking number within 2 working days of ordering, contact us and we'll check for you.

           

        All our clothing — T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, Hoodies, and Tracksuits — comes in S, M, L, and XL. Some styles have additional sizes depending on availability. Our T-Shirts are made from premium cotton blend fabric — breathable, soft, and built to hold their shape wash after wash. Sweatshirts and Hoodies use a cotton-polyester fleece blend for warmth and durability. Specific fabric details are listed on each product page.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact. Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged cannot be returned. To start a return, email us at dynamiclifestyles.official@gmail.com with your order number and reason.

Yes — size and colour exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability. Contact us with your order number and the size/colour you need and we'll arrange the swap. Note that exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

We're sorry if this happens — it's rare but we'll fix it immediately. Take a clear photo of the item received and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dynamiclifestyles.official@gmail.com. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer. Make sure to provide your bank account details when requesting a refund.

To keep your piece looking fresh:

• Machine wash cold (30°C or below) on a gentle cycle
• Turn the garment inside out before washing to protect prints
• Do not bleach or use harsh detergents
• Air dry or tumble dry on low heat — avoid high heat which can shrink fabric
• Iron inside out on a low setting — never iron directly over printed areas
